Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of csolutionshrconsulting.com and anything you purchase through it. The site is operated by C-Solutions HR Consulting, a human resources consulting firm based in Florida. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. We provide HR consulting, not legal advice

C-Solutions HR Consulting is not a law firm and does not practice law. Nothing on this site, in any document sold through it, or in any communication with us creates an attorney and client relationship. The templates and guidance we publish are general human resources practice materials.

Employment law differs by state, by city and by industry, and it changes. Before any template is issued to employees or relied on in a decision, it should be reviewed against the laws of every jurisdiction in which your organization operates, against any collective bargaining agreement in force, and by qualified employment counsel where the subject carries legal risk.

2. Using the site does not create a consulting relationship

Submitting an enquiry form, booking a consultation or buying a document kit does not by itself make you a client. A consulting relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement agreement that sets out the scope, the deliverables and the fees.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, branding, document templates and workbooks, is the property of C-Solutions HR Consulting and is protected by copyright. Buying a product grants you a license to use it, described in the Purchase and Refund Policy below. It does not transfer ownership.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, scrape, republish, resell or reverse engineer any part of this site or its products, not to present our materials as your own work product for sale, and not to use the site for any unlawful purpose.

5. Third party links

The site links to third party services, including our checkout provider and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of any site we link to.

6. Limitation of liability

The site and its products are provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, C-Solutions HR Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or its products, and our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County or Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Purchase and Refund Policy

1. What you are buying

Every product in the Resource Library is a digital download. Each one is a set of editable Microsoft Word and Excel files, delivered as a single ZIP archive. There is no physical product, no subscription and no recurring charge. Each purchase is a single transaction.

2. Delivery

Your download link appears on the confirmation screen immediately after payment and is also sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact us at Cleona@csolutionshrconsulting.com and we will resend it.

3. Payment processing

Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for this store. Lemon Squeezy handles the payment, calculates and remits any applicable sales tax, and will appear as the merchant on your card or bank statement. C-Solutions HR Consulting never receives or stores your card details.

4. What your license permits

A purchase licenses the files for use within one purchasing organization. You may:

• Edit, adapt and rebrand the files for your own organization
• Print and distribute the resulting documents to your own employees as part of normal HR administration
• Store them on your own systems and reuse them indefinitely

You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the files outside your organization, offer them as part of a competing product or service, or provide them to another organization as a deliverable. Consultants and advisers who wish to use the materials with client organizations should purchase one license for each client organization.

5. Refunds

Because these products are delivered instantly and in full, sales are generally final. We will nonetheless issue a refund where:

• A file is corrupt, incomplete or will not open
• The contents are materially different from what the product page described
• You were charged twice for the same product

Send refund requests to Cleona@csolutionshrconsulting.com within 14 days of purchase, with your order number and a short description of the problem. We answer within one business day. Separately, Lemon Squeezy reserves the right to issue a refund at its own discretion within 60 days of purchase.

6. Pricing

Prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable sales tax is calculated by Lemon Squeezy at checkout based on your location.

7. Support

Questions about the contents of a kit, or about which product fits your situation, can be sent to Cleona@csolutionshrconsulting.com. We answer within one business day. Support covers the documents themselves. Advice on applying them to a specific employment matter is consulting work and is quoted separately.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information C-Solutions HR Consulting collects through csolutionshrconsulting.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. What we collect

From the consultation enquiry form: your name, email address, company name, phone number if you provide one, and whatever you write in the message field.

From purchases: our checkout provider collects and processes your payment. We receive the order details, which include your name, email address, the product purchased, the amount paid and the country used to calculate tax. We do not receive or store full card numbers.

From general site use: our website platform records standard technical information such as pages visited, approximate location, browser type and referring site.

From direct contact: anything you send us by email, telephone or social media message.

2. Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation
• To deliver a product you have purchased and to provide support for it
• To send messages directly related to a purchase, such as a corrected file
• To meet our tax, accounting and record keeping obligations
• To understand which parts of the site are useful and improve them

3. Marketing

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We send marketing email only to people who have asked to receive it, and every marketing message carries an unsubscribe link. Submitting an enquiry or buying a product does not by itself add you to a marketing list.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only as far as each one requires. These are our website and form platform, our checkout and delivery provider, our email provider, and our professional advisers such as an accountant. Each handles your information under its own terms. We will also disclose information where the law requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while the enquiry remains relevant to a potential or active engagement. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require, which in the United States is generally seven years.

6. Your choices

You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to Cleona@csolutionshrconsulting.com and we will respond within 30 days. Deletion may be limited where a record has to be retained for tax or legal reasons.

7. Cookies

The site uses cookies set by our website platform for basic function and for anonymous traffic measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

8. Children

This site is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
